1. Membership & Billing
The monthly wash pass provides a package of washes (and vacuum credits, where available) on a monthly basis for each month the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until the customer cancels the service via the app.
- The monthly wash pass price applies per vehicle washed at our facility.
- Washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass barcode will automatically add that vehicle to your monthly wash pass family plan, and you agree to the associated increase in monthly charges.
- By enrolling, you agree that the credit or debit card provided may be charged automatically upon each auto-renewal, and you waive any right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges as described in your agreement with your card issuer or otherwise.
- The monthly wash pass cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Membership can be canceled at any time through the app.
- No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
3. Facility Operations
Elite Express Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the monthly wash pass program as it deems necessary. We also reserve the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or maintenance, with or without notice.
4. Communications Consent
By enrolling with your email address and cell phone number, you give explicit consent to receive email and text message communications from us regarding your wash pass account, car wash operations and updates, and marketing activity.
- You may unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel/unsubscribe practices.
- If you cancel or unsubscribe, you will lose access to automated alerts regarding your account.
5. Image & Likeness Release
By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, you grant Elite Express Wash and its technology supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture your image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively, "Images").
- You acknowledge that Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and grant Dencar Technology Inc permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner related to its business, including publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, or other electronic displays and transmissions.
- You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of an Image by Dencar Technology Inc prior to its use.
- You forever release and hold Elite Express Wash harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when strictly necessary to deliver our service, and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
